Appointment Coordination and Follow-up
Your appointments can be made and followed by us. An examination and test plan is drawn up according to your flight and accommodation dates; alternative dates are offered in case of delay or cancellation. We keep you informed about test results, reports and next steps. If you wish, the entire process can be carried out through a single communication channel.
Patient Escort and Coordination
We can organise escort support for guests who do not want to travel alone or have limited mobility. Our team members can be with you from hospital admission to discharge and during tests and examinations, and can also help with language. Regular updates for family members who want to follow from afar are also possible.
Transfer and Accommodation Integration
Our health services are offered together with transfer and, if needed, accommodation planning. Transport from airport to hotel and from hotel to hospital can be planned in one package so that both transport and treatment proceed in harmony.
